Q. What do I do if I have forgotten my password and/or username?
A. E-mail us at memberships@jenniferlavoie.com and we'll get back to you ASAP. Be sure to include enough information that we can verify that you're who you say you are.

Q. How does recurring billing work?
A. If you signed up for the 1 month recurring, your credit card will be billed within 24 hours of your join day each month in the amount of $22.95. If you signed up for the 3 month recurring membership, your credit card will be billed $59.95 every 90 days. If you signed up for the 6 month membership, your credit card will be billed $119.95. If you do not cancel via email, your membership will go to the 1 month recurring membership after the 6 months is up. If you sign up for the 1 Year membership, your credit card will be billed $199.95. If you do not cancel via email, your membership will go to the 1 month recurring membership after the 1 year membership is up. Members also have the opportunity to join a Lifetime membership once they become members. Inquire via email or in the Lifetime section of the members area. If you cancel your membership via email, you will receive a confirmation notice back. Please note that you will receive a confirmation email when cancelling. If you do not receive one, we DID NOT receive your cancellation notice. Print this out for future reference. Please note that no refunds are given for any reason. Please refer to the Terms and Policies Page for that info.

Q. What happens if I cancel my membership?
A. Your membership will be active until the end of your current membership term. Example: If you joined on 01/01/2001 and you cancelled on 01/15/2001, your membership will still be active until 02/01/2001. You will be charged for one month.

Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A. Send an e-mail to memberships@JenniferLavoie.com and we'll cancel your account effective at the end of your current membership term. Please make sure you include your full name and the e-mail address that you specified when you joined.

Q.What if I want to renew my membership?
A. Memberships automatically renew (see the "recurring billing" question, above). If your membership expires, you can use the form on our join page to sign up again.

Q.How do I update my account info?

Q. What is your privacy policy on the information you collect?
A. Any information collected is used only for purposes of this site and will in no way be shared with other websites or companies. Please see Terms and Conditions for further information.

Q. What should I do if I am having problems viewing the video clips in the VIP area (my members area)?
A. Make sure you have QuickTime installed on your system. If you go to my Video Clips page, click on the icon to download it for FREE. Your browser must also be JavaScript enabled.

Q. When should I expect my merchandise from your store to be delivered?
A. All orders take approximately 2 weeks for delivery due to my work schedule and to ensure official authentic autographs. You may receive in as quick as 1 week if I am home when order is received. All orders get mailed Priority insured mail or UPS when necessary.

Q. May I post, publish, upload, reproduce, copy, edit, transmit, or download any of the images or material on this site?
A. You may not post, publish, upload, reproduce, copy, edit, or transmit any image or material on www.jenniferlavoie.com without the written permission of Jennifer Lavoie. Members may download one copy per image or material for their personal use only. Please see Terms and Conditions for further information.

Q. Can I share my username and password with a friend or others?
A. Your membership information is for you only. Any member who shares their username and password with others will forfeit their right to membership without a refund. We have several ways of tracking logins and whose username/password is being used by more than 1 person. This website is set up with a password security system that tracks this information and is checked daily. Please abide by the rules of jenniferlavoie.com.

Q. I'm having some problems using parts of the site, who should I contact?
Please refrain from contacting Jennifer with questions about technical problems. Sending an e-mail to the webmaster is the easiest and quickest way to get a response these kinds of questions. He'll do his best to get back to you as soon as possible.
