Q: How did you become a Centerfold?
Jenny: I was modeling in New York and a photographer mentioned that I should send my photos in to Playboy Magazine. I was shocked when the phone rang and it was the Chicago office asking if I'd like to fly to Chicago for a Centerfold Test shoot. I guess you can already guess what my answer was.

Q: Did you have any bad experiences posing for the magazine?
Jenny: I can honestly say that it was a completely good experience for me. I think it helped that I didn't stray to the West Coast but I truly feel that even if I had moved out West, I would have stayed the same. Same personality, same goals, same morals.

Q: Have you ever been to the Playboy Mansion?
Jenny: Yes, as a matter of fact I stayed there for almost a month while shooting my Playmate profile video. I've been back about six times since.

Q: Any funny stories about the mansion?
Jenny: During my first stay I was under the impression that we weren't allowed to leave the grounds. Of course during the last couple days of my stay, I found out that was not true. I could have been out all month site seeing or shopping. What was I thinking????

Q: Do you have a cool memory of your first stay at the mansion?
Jenny: I have many, but a sweet one was one morning I was having my breakfast in the dining room and Mel Torme came and sat next to me. He said I had the smile of an Angel and would I mind if he sang me a song. I thought that was the sweetest gesture.

Q: What's your favorite sport?
Jenny: I love watching gymnastics and figure skating. I personally love snowboarding, mountain biking, and anything outdoors. I'm really into these adventure races so I'm even starting to enjoy running!

Q: You look pretty thin, do you eat?
Jenny: I've weighed the same for about 10 years now. I eat all day long and am not into eating sprouts and "good for you" food. They used to call me 'Junk Food Jenny'. I've always had a high metabolism so I would consider myself one of the bitches that can eat anything she wants and not gain weight. I'm sure that will eventually change.....someday!

Q: What's your favorite thing about the mansion?
Jenny: My favorite thing was the 24 hour kitchen. I think the cooks liked me because I never asked for out of the ordinary food. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwhich for lunch and taco's for dinner for 2 weeks straight! YUMMY!

Q: Have you ever met Hugh Hefner?
Jenny: Yes, I have met him several times.

Q: What is Hef like?
Jenny: I found him to be a quiet, gentle, man with unique features and a smile that you wouldn't forget.

Q: What is the Playboy X-Treme Team?
Jenny: We are a team of strong Playmates that compete in adventure races.

Q: How did you get involved with the Team?
Jenny: Danelle Folta started the team back in 1998 and called me one day asking if I wanted to do this Hi-Tec Adventure Race. I was always athletic so I knew I could do it. Little did I know it involved running in which I had never done in my life. Danelle and I were the first Playmates on the Team and we are happy to say the list has grown tremendously. We have a great team of girls and a lot of fun competing and just being together.

Q: Is there anything you regret about posing for Playboy?
Jenny: There is nothing I regret about it. I am proud of my accomplishments. The one thing I wished I would have done is waited until I was a bit older. I am 29 years old now and in much better shape and feel that the older you get, the wiser you get.

Q: What else do you do besides modeling?
Jenny: I own and operate a tapestry handbag and luggage company. To me modeling should always be a hobby. You should always have something to fall back on in your career.

Q: What do you do for fun?
Jenny: I love spending time at home. I spend most of my free time on my website. It's been a good learning experience for me and I'm excited about keeping it successful. It allows me to keep up with my fans. It's pretty cool to know that by pulling up my website, they can learn a lot about me.

Q: What's the most popular part of your website?
Jenny: I would have to say by far, the Webcam Chats!
